As an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and Keep Texas Beautiful, the goals of Keep Irving Beautiful are to reach out to all aspects of Irving – government, business, civic and church organizations, schools, neighborhoods. All residents of Irving are a vital part of the program’s success. KIB administers a variety of service projects including litter pick-up, planting trees, painting parks and community spaces, etc.

Irving Police Athletic League

Irving Police Athletic League

Irving Police Athletic League (PAL) – is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization incorporated by volunteer police officers and private citizens. The goal of Irving PAL is to help "at-risk" kids develop self-esteem, discipline, and mental courage through a structured program of physical activity and exposure to positive role models. Irving PAL is available to boys and girls, ages 7-18. Primary programs are boxing, fitness, wrestling, soccer, basketball (summer) and the "Urban Outdoors" program which includes archery, camping, fishing, hunting, kayaking, mountain biking and rock climbing. The Irving PAL receives funding from the city through the Irving Police Department (as well as through donors and sponsorships) and utilizes volunteer services from Irving police officers and employees
