The Community Addiction Recovery Effort (C.A.R.E.)

The Community Addiction Recovery Effort (C.A.R.E.) created to allow police officers to offer a pathway to recovery by providing resources, access to treatment and guidance from a trained drug counselor. C.A.R.E. believes every crisis is a window of opportunity, and the key to the program’s success is taking a leading role in the recovery process with immediate intervention.
