The North Little Rock Police Athletic League (PAL) is based on a strong belief that sports, life skills and activity programs help install positive and moral values in our area youth. If young people are reached early enough in their life journey, they can develop a strong positive attitude towards law enforcement and with proper guidance a better chance at a successful life. PAL with community organizations provides quality athletic and educational activities for at-risk children at no cost to the participant.
