At this very moment there are approximately 8,000 blind children in the state of Texas. All Blind Children of Texas (ABCTX) promotes the optimal physical, mental, emotional and social development of all blind children in Texas. ABCTX organization screens, funds and facilitates the children's participation in programs, activities, events and projects that provide the extra learning experiences needed to function alongside sighted peers in society.
