Annual Health Fairs are a key component of the health and wellness services BAPS Charities provides throughout North America.
With a focus on preventative care, BAPS Charities organized its annual Health Fair throughout North America as part of its global health and wellness initiatives.
On April 12, 2014, 16 physicians and health care professionals volunteered at the BAPS Charities Health Fair in Syracuse, NY Altogether, 55 attendees from the local community were able to take advantage of and benefit from various medical care and awareness offerings:
Number of patients seen by specialty: Internal Medicine/Family practice (35), Dentistry (32), OB-Gyn (22)
Number of Lab tests conducted: Lipid panel (45), Hemoglobin A1C (45)
Number of Screening and Diagnostic Tests: Blood pressure (45), BMI (43), Glucose Screening (45), Dental Exam (32)
