On June 2, 2024, BAPS Charities hosted its annual “In the Joy of Others: Walk-Run” in Robbinsville, NJ, benefiting Robbinsville Public Schools, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton, and Robbinsville Policemen’s Benevolent Association. This year’s walk united nearly 1,000 community members, including Mercer County Executive Dan Benson, Assemblyman Wayne DeAngelo, Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy, Assemblyman Dr. Herb Conaway, Assemblywoman Carol Murphy, as well as Robbinsville Council Members Mike Todd, Debbie Blakely, Chris Ciaccio, Hal English, and Amit Chopra, joined the effort to support these beneficiaries. The event showcased a broad spectrum of participation, from youth to seniors, united for a common cause.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to engage in a healthier lifestyle and reminded them of the profound impact collective efforts can have in addressing local needs and challenges.
