On June 3, 2020, BAPS Charities showed their support for the remarkable work taking place at the Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Greater Mercer County (JFCS), Princeton, NJ, by donating $2,500 to JFCS.
Ms. Michelle Napell, Executive Director of JFCS and Ms. Helaine Isaacs, Resource Development, JFCS thanked BAPS Charities:
“Our ongoing and new partnerships in the broader Mercer community have enabled JFCS to expand our programs to meet the growing need due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are grateful to have been connected with BAPS Charities, at the recommendation of East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov, a longtime supporter of our agency. It is humbling to have new partners such as BAPS Charities recognize the impact we are making in our community and be inspired to provide funding support. The grant funding from BAPS Charities will be directed to our food programs supporting those most severely impacted by COVID19 – from low-income seniors to adults with disabilities, to Title I Students in the East Windsor Regional School District.” – Michelle Napell, Executive Director, JFCS
“JFCS is grateful to BAPS Charities for your generous support of JFCS’ efforts to provide assistance during this pandemic. We are grateful for the many ways that our community has come together to collaborate with one another for our collective good.” – Ms. Helaine Isaacs, Resource Development, JFCS
BAPS Charities continue to assess the situation in local communities around the world to provide effective support.
