On June 2, 2024, BAPS Charities hosted its annual “In the Joy of Others: Walk-Run” in Perry, GA. This event brought together local community members to promote a healthier lifestyle while engaging in selfless service, fostering a spirit of giving and helping others.
This year, nearly 320 people, including State Senator Larry Walker and Chief of Police Alan Everidge, participated in supporting BAPS Charities. The event saw a diverse group of participants, from young people to seniors, all united for a common cause.
The Walk-Run not only encouraged a healthier way of living but also highlighted the powerful impact that collective efforts can have in addressing local needs and challenges.
