BAPS Charities has always been engaged in promoting youth education with the goal of having students perform to the best of their abilities in school and continuously strive to fulfill their potential. Each year, BAPS Charities teams up with The Princeton Review to further this goal. On September 20, 2016, over 100 students and parents attended these sessions in New York, New York. Similar events were organized in 9 different cities across North America benefiting over 1,000 students.
The Princeton Review (TPR) is an American-based standardized test preparation and admissions consulting company that operates in over 40 states and 22 different countries across the globe. The workshops discussed factors involved in college applications, standardized testing, and a general timeline for this entire process.
In addition, an interactive question and answer session was also held where students and parents were able to inquire about subjects that relate more to specific schools or tests. This information is invaluable as it enables students to plan for the future, and be in a better position to achieve their goals. The entire session was very well received by the participants and they found it extremely helpful in navigating the college admissions process.
Through these sessions BAPS Charities hopes to foster a stronger interest in education amongst its youths and help them fulfill the objectives they set out for themselves.
