Hurricane Ian was one of the deadliest hurricanes to strike the state of Florida since 1935. It caused widespread damage in the southeast United States. Hurricane Ian caused life-threatening flooding leaving more than 22,000 homes either destroyed or suffering major damage. Tens of thousands of people are recovering from the devastating loss.
BAPS Charities donated $25,000 to the Florida Disaster Fund for Hurricane Ian Relief efforts, Volunteer Florida Foundation. BAPS Charities volunteers presented the check to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
