BAPS Charities held its annual Health Fair on September 27, 2015 in New Castle, DE. Over 25 physicians and medical professionals volunteered to offer personal consultations to 163 participants. The Health Fair offered the following screening and lab tests. In addition to physical tests, patients gained insights on healthy living and awareness.
Number of patients seen by specialty: Internal Medicine/Family practice (118), Nephrologist (72), Women’s Health (23), Nutrition/Dietician (52).
Number of Lab tests conducted: CBC (123), Basic metabolic panel (123), Lipid panel (117).
Number of Screening and Diagnostic Tests: Blood pressure (149).
