On April 27, 2024, BAPS Charities volunteers in Los Angeles joined hands with the City of Chino Hills to plant trees and contribute to the community’s green spaces. The event, held at the Madrugada Trail in Chino Hills, was part of a broader effort to promote environmental sustainability and community involvement.
Volunteers from BAPS Charities were enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment. Among them was Akshar P., who expressed his deep commitment to environmental preservation. “Caring for our environment is essential for our future generations. Being able to contribute through BAPS Charities and partner with the City of Chino Hills for this Arbor Day event is truly fulfilling. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and help create a greener world,” Akshar said.
BAPS Charities continues to support programs and initiatives to plant trees in communities throughout the world. Providing a tangible activity for volunteers to engage in improves participation in and awareness of the preservation and protection of our environment. Through such initiatives, volunteers aim to inspire others to take action and make a difference in their communities.
