On June 16, 2024, BAPS Charities hosted its annual “In the Joy of Others: Walk-Run” in Edison, NJ, benefiting Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Medical Center, the Middlesex College Foundation, the Edison Police and Fire Departments. This year’s walk united nearly 1,200 community members, including Mayor Brian Wahler of Piscataway, NJ, who joined the effort to support the beneficiaries and their critical missions for our community. The event showcased a broad spectrum of participation, from youth to seniors, united for a common cause.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to engage in a healthier lifestyle and reminded them of the profound impact collective efforts can have in addressing local needs and challenges.
