In Western populations Acidity and Reflux disease affects approximately 20% of the population and 0.4% newly develop the condition. In order to bring about awareness on this topic, BAPS Charities hosted a health lecture on March 2, 2014 in Washington DC, MD. The health lecture gave an understanding of the symptoms, aggravating factors, diagnosis and treatment of Acidity and reflux disease.
