Stress is something that all of us experience in our routine life, so learning how to cope with its effects is very important to learn for our physical and mental well-being. If we do not manage our stress well, it brings negative effects, such as physical illness, poor performance in school or at work, disturbed personal relationships, mental illness and more. Effective stress management involves learning to recognize the signs of stress, identifying trigger factors and applying proper stress management technique to cope with our stress.
BAPS Charities organized health lectures on this topic on November 24, 2013 at over 50 centers in North America to educate the participants about the long-term health effects of stress and how to cope with stress.
