Many people suffer from common ocular problems such as dry eye, color blindness, nearsightedness, floaters, pink eye, and farsightedness. Although these problems are not vision threatening, they can be a nuisance to those who suffer from them. Generally, most optometrists and ophthalmologists can treat the symptoms with eyeglasses, contacts or simple surgical procedures.
BAPS Charities organized a lecture on Common Eye Problems at over 50 centers in North America on March 18, 2012 to educate the participants on the common eye problems, eye injuries and its preventive care.
