Global warming has affected the climate all over the world, and we in Kenya have not been spared either with the prolonged delay of the rainy season. This has been highly evident within the Game Parks, where wild animals have been severely affected. With many dying from the lack of food and water.
On 14th March 2023, BAPS Charities Kenya Chapter undertook a relief drive and contributed 400 bales of hay and water bowsers to fill animal watering holes at the Nairobi National Park.
The administration team of the Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) were extremely grateful for this contribution. They acknowledged this would go a long way in saving our precious wildlife, with a hope the rains shall arrive soon.
