On Saturday, 4th September, 2021 BAPS Charities Nairobi carried out a second COVID-19 Vaccination drive, together with a general medical screening camp. The event held at M.P Shah hospital’s vaccination centre was in partnership with M.P Shah Hospital and Lions SightFirst Eye hospital.
This second vaccination drive organized within a month of the first drive ensured BAPS Charities could provide continued assistance integral in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the drive, a total of 218 individuals received either their first or second dose. Individuals additionally had an opportunity to screen for issues related to Diabetes, Vision and Blood pressure.
Present at the event were Dr. Manoj Shah, Chairman of M.P Shah hospital and Dr. Manilal Dodhia, Chairman of Lions SightFirst Eye Hospital. They were both greatly appreciative of BAPS Charities in organizing the second vaccination rollout.
