As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect communities around the world, BAPS Charities showed their support for the incredible work taking place by local organizations in the Dallas, TX area. Community organizations have stepped up to provide relief in various ways, not just in the healthcare arena, but also in providing social and economic support to those in need. To show support, BAPS Charities donated $10,000 to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Irving, TX.
John Drake, President of Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation, shared his gratitude in response. “So grateful for the compassionate friends at BAPS Charities for their kindness and support in the form of multiple meals for our hospital family during the height of the pandemic, and a $10,000 donation today to help us with our greatest need to care for COVID patients.”
