On September 27, 2023, BAPS Charities in Toronto enthusiastically lent its support to a neighborhood walk organized by their long-time neighbor, Levi Strauss & Co. (Canada). This event, known as the ‘Run for Red Tab Walk,’ took place in the local community, culminating at the BAPS Complex.
The purpose behind this walk was to rally funds for the Red Tab Foundation, an organization established over 40 years ago by Levi Strauss & Co. employees. It is designed to provide assistance to coworkers and retirees who find themselves facing unforeseen emergencies. Moreover, the foundation is committed to offering educational and proactive programs that empower individuals to maintain their financial well-being.
In a heartfelt gesture to champion this noble cause, BAPS Charities took great pride in contributing a generous sum of $1,500 to the Red Tab Foundation.
