BAPS Charities successfully hosted a community youth cricket tournament in Calgary from August 24 to August 26, 2024. The event attracted over 60 participants from various backgrounds, emphasizing physical fitness, fair competition, teamwork, and community engagement.
Highlights included awards recognizing the best batter and bowler, celebrating individual excellence on the pitch. In addition, a team prize for exceptional teamwork and camaraderie underscored the value of working together.
The event was more than just a competition; it stressed the importance of staying active and engaged, despite demanding schedules. It also served as a networking event, strengthening connections and building community bonds among the young athletes.
