On February 3, 2024, volunteers of BAPS Charities joined BIG Hug Group (Children’s Charity), an organisation serving local communities to tackle child poverty with open hearts and helping hands!
Volunteers joined forces to help the Big Group Hug organisation sort essential donation items at their warehouse and distribution centre.
Maria Quigley, Manager for Fundraising and Communications from the Big Group Hug, mentioned that the volunteers completed the tasks in a day, which would have taken weeks otherwise. Over 12 volunteer hours were provided to support this wonderful organisation.
BAPS Charities volunteers gave their time, painting smiles on faces and hopes for the future.
Together, we prove even small acts create significant change, reminding us that in the joy of others lies our own.
