Health Lecture: Cholesterol Clarity for Healthy Living, Warrington, PA

BAPS Charities organized a health awareness lecture on cholesterol in Warrington, PA, on September 15, 2024, as part of its ongoing effort to educate the community on vital health topics. The lecture, led by Dr. Tirth Patel, explored the different types of cholesterol—good (HDL) and bad (LDL)—and emphasized the importance of managing cholesterol levels through a healthy lifestyle, including diet and exercise.

Attendees were given clear information on the role cholesterol plays in the body, the risks associated with high LDL cholesterol, and tips for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. The session also addressed common misconceptions about cholesterol and statins, a medication commonly prescribed to manage cholesterol levels.
